For the past 15 years, Valerie has delivered hundreds of keynotes and training sessions throughout North America, Europe, China and Russia, all with a relevant, humorous and heartfelt approach.

	As a Speaker: Valerie achieved the Certified Speaking Professional Designation (CSP). With less than 500 recipients in the world, this is the highest earned speaking designation worldwide for speaking excellence. She was one of the first females in Canada to earn this designation!
	She is most noted for her engaging closing keynote speeches and personalized training that draws audiences into heartfelt action.
	As a Leader: As a CEO, Valerie strategically turned around two ‘near bankruptcy’ million dollar companies to very profitable success.
	She was the Past National President for the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (CAPS); and
	She recently was presented with the CAPS President’s Award for Distinguished Service.
	As an Expert: Valerie was featured on the Healthcare Television Network (U.S. and Europe) for One on One Leadership;
	She is the author of the CD Training Programs: Simply World Class Professional Speaking, Training Mastery, Win/Win Assertiveness, and How To Manage Your Boss. She is also co-author of “Expert Women Who Speak…Speak Out”, and most recently “Bully Proof Yourself: Putting A Stop To Workplace Bullying”, recently noted in Macleans magazine as an excellent online resource to stop workplace bullying.

Valerie feels the “old” motivational approach is not applicable for audiences that are “in the know”. Today’s challenge is not necessarily acquiring more information. Today’s challenge is to be inspired to take action and use the information.
